Rev. Dr. Benjamin Ayikwei
Founder and visionary of Light and Salt Forum. His pastoral work over many years surfaced a recurring problem: congregations rich in faith but with few structured ways to translate that faith into national contribution. Light and Salt Forum is his response — an organisation designed to turn conviction into programmes, and programmes into measurable change.
His stated intention for the Forum is institutional rather than personal: to establish something that continues to serve Ghana long after its founders have handed over.
The offices that carry the work.
Office holders will be published here as appointments are confirmed. Each profile will state responsibilities and term.

Chapters Coordinator
Supports regional chapters, trains chapter leaders and maintains consistency of standards.
Three rules we hold ourselves to.
Servant Leadership
Authority exists to serve those it affects. Leaders here are expected at the site of the work, not only at its announcement.
Accountability
Decisions are minuted, funds are reported, and no office is exempt from review — including the founder's.
Governance Structure
A governing council sets direction, an executive delivers it, and regional chapters lead locally under agreed standards.
Chapters are led by people who live there.
Each chapter is led by a chapter leader accountable to both their community and the national office. Chapter leadership is not honorary — it involves recruiting members, running local programmes and reporting outcomes.
