Every cedi is recorded against a purpose.
Support here is specific. Funds given for a named project are used for that project, reported against it, and included in the annual report — including any underspend or failure.
Not all support is financial. Equipment, venues, professional time and programme sponsorship are often more useful than cash, and always more traceable.
