What we collect
We collect only what a form asks for: your name, contact details, location, and the information relevant to what you applied for — interests, skills, availability, church or organisation, and profession.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for identification numbers, bank details, health information or religious affiliation beyond an optional church name. We do not track you across other websites.
How we use it
To process your application, contact you about it, connect you with a chapter or programme, and send you the updates you agreed to receive. Nothing else.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing. Where a programme is delivered with a partner, we tell you before sharing anything.
How long we keep it
Membership and volunteer records are kept while you remain involved and for a reasonable period afterwards for accountability. Enquiries are kept for two years. You can ask for removal at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Requests are actioned within thirty days.
Security
Records are held in access-controlled systems. Only staff and coordinators who need a record to do their work can see it, and access is logged.
