Overview
The Young Leaders Programme takes members aged eighteen to thirty-five through a full year of formation. It is not a series of talks. Each participant is trained, matched with a mentor, given responsibility for a real piece of work, and assessed on whether that work was completed.
The programme runs alongside participants' study or employment — evenings and Saturdays — so that nobody has to choose between formation and earning.
Why this programme exists
Young Ghanaians are routinely told to be leaders and rarely taught how. The gap is practical: chairing a meeting, writing minutes, budgeting, handling other people's money, recruiting volunteers, closing a project honestly when it has failed. This programme teaches those things and then makes participants do them.

Questions
Is there a fee?
No fee for members. Participants cover their own transport.
What if I miss sessions?
Attendance matters. More than three missed sessions without agreement ends participation for that cohort.
Do I need a degree?
No. Character, willingness and the ability to commit for a year are what count.
